PoolSmart Support

Help and contact information for the PoolSmart mobile app.

PoolSmart helps pool leagues, pub teams, venues, clubs, and informal groups manage players, fixtures, scores, standings, and league history. PoolSmart is owned by CrewSmart Ltd and is available for public league organisers who want to run their own pool league.

Please include your league name, your player/admin name, your device type, and a short description of the issue.

Signing In

PoolSmart uses access codes. If you are a player, ask your league admin for your access code. If you are setting up a new league, use the app's create-league option to create your league and admin account.

Creating a League

A league admin can create a league in the app, add players, assign players to divisions, generate fixtures, and manage scores and standings.

Players and Profiles

Players can view fixtures, standings, and profiles. Users can update their display name and optionally add a profile photo.

Fixtures and Scores

Fixtures can be generated and managed by league admins. Players can submit or confirm scores where enabled for their league.

Monthly Reset

The monthly reset saves a final copy of the table to History, clears the current fixtures and scores, and starts the table again from zero.
